"Went in person, ask a few questions, for change of insurance, just because I saw a few reviews, and looked good, but words are just words, to the person who simple-minded and have no knowledge or Educated themself in the insurance, so I call my insurance, I ask them the same question, they said, that's something you have to talk to them about! So I got home called them again, Donna picks up told her what she needs to know, gave her what she ask of me and what she need to know, I explained to her about having my insurance change to florida state, thou she knew I came in person, to, so I talk with her, share my information, my s.s. over the phone, she said she would get back to me 24 hours, been a whole month and some change, no calls yet, I check up on calls no answer...I keep checking my emails no emails, no mail. I guess I have to change my insurance to another company, if they can't help me or reach me... already transitioned in change of car registration sticker and plate change... but this is taking longer than expected. Oh wait, I have no expectations, hehe... same advice for you guys the moment you have expectations the moment you sign up for disappointment.... the fewer expectations you have, the better you will be with your worries and anxiety, meaning you won't stress things any longer, that old bad habits leave you. I'm just sharing. Why not right. HeHe anyone willing to help me? Even after this comment, which is true to..."

"For the past 18 years, Mike Peters has been our family's insurance agent. At one point we had 10 different policies in place through Mike and even though our family's investments and needs have evolved, we still have most of these policies in an active status. Mike and his staff are always available to us for advice regarding policy selection, coverage specifics, appropriate policy modifications (at times these changes have saved us significantly on premium payments) and navigating through claims (which can be complex) for both State Farm as well as other insurance companies. We call Mike directly at times and also feel very comfortable in contacting his assistant Donna (a very patient lady) for information, guidance and recommendations.This input is given with total professionalism in a prompt, knowledgable, non-complex and friendly manner.
